We use only 100% Texas Wagyu beef from Heartbrand Beef and prepare it smash patty style. Our vegetables, fruit, and cheeses are always the freshest available and foundational in our special scratch recipes. We're particular about the unique style of food and drinks at Underdogs, and that's why we make our syrups, dressings, juices, and sauces in-house.
